They have a range of free services to help you get it right. There’s a Small Business Assist Tool on the ATO website. Just type in a question and it provides tailored information online. If you want to speak with someone at the ATO after hours. They’re available Monday to Thursday nights between 6 and 9pm - on the phone, or you can chat online. You can even book an ATO officer to help you personally. Any information you share is confidential – they are there to support you. The ATO also have regular webinars. They’re a free online service where you can also ask questions. They’re about 45 minutes long and you can join the right topic through the ATO’s website.
